The Main Room
Venue for Funeral and Memorial Services or just the Wake Refreshments
The Main Room with adjoining Reception Foyer.
Exuding a serene and comfortable atmosphere, the Main Room’s distinctive feature of a glass conservatory and large windows provide abundant natural light and scenic views of the beautifully landscaped English gardens and the flowing antique fountain.
The Cameo Lounge with adjoining Reception Foyer.
The classically designed Cameo Lounge can be used for smaller gatherings or as a separate space for viewing your loved one before the service in the Main Room. The large windows provide beautiful views of the gardens and give abundant natural light.
The Entire Building
For large funeral and memorial services, the entire building can be opened providing a spacious flow into all three reception areas.
Our onsite audio-visual and multimedia equipment are operated by video specialists, the large TV monitors present your beautiful tribute slideshows, and live streaming can also be made available.
Outdoor Funeral and Memorial Services
White marquees with seating, and outdoor audio-visual and multimedia equipment can be arranged.

The Wake / Refreshments
Whitehaven offers a delightful wake, funeral and bereavement catering menu with beverages.
Whilst your guests come together in the Cameo Lounge, they are served a selection of hot and cold canapés, desserts and beverages with gentle background music.Drinks served include freshly brewed coffee, assorted teas and chilled water.
This is a licensed venue for the event if required.
The bar is available for your preference of beverages including quality Australian red and white wines, sparkling wines, beers, wines, soft drinks etc.
Price for the Wake / Refreshments
Refreshments Menu including continuous tea & coffee $25.00 per guest
Bar TAB is optional for soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.
